About me
Jennifer's passion for practicing and teaching of mindful movement sources from Hatha + Yin + Restorative Yoga, Myofascial Release/ Acupressure, Traditional Chinese Medicine + Qi Gong, and Somatic teachings. Her integrative approach celebrates breath-centered, body-wide connections. Her joy is sharing adaptable and sustainable techniques to support strength and vitality while exploring balance and release.
Jennifer is a certified yoga teacher (J. Brown Yoga, 200 RYT; 2016) nearing completion of Yoga Medicine's Therapeutic Specialist training (500 RYT; 2019 - present).
